Reflection for Good Friday
When is the last time you wished you could be left alone? While it may offer a bit of momentary solace to be with your own thoughts, being alone takes on a whole new connotation on Good Friday through the daytime on Holy Saturday. Communication Overview
The Office of Communications of the Diocese of Worcester is responsible for the following:
- Media Relations with secular and religious media
- TV Ministry, including radio productions
- Internet productions and the Diocesan Website
- Internal communications systems
- The Diocesan Dispatch
- DVD, Video and Audio program production of key issues and special events
Communication is seen as a key component of the Church's Evangelizing MIssion, as elaborated in various pastoral letters issued by the Vatican and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. Specific goals are communicated each year byt he Holy Father on World Communications Day.
